The information held has been volunteered upon registration, and in doing so gives Phantom Wines consent to use this information regarding Wine Club activities and not for any other purpose.
Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the protection of the personal information it holds from loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure. Personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless compelled to do so by law. Individuals may request access to their own personal information.
In this statement Phantom Wines has set out its policies of management of personal information and will make this document available to anyone upon request.
